وثاني شيء مبلغ الإيداع الموجود في تفاصيل الحساب لا يتساوى مع مجموع الكامل للمبالغ  التي تضيفها بالحساب و والتوزيعات التي تأتي من الشركات التي انت لك فيها أسهم ايضاً  ونزل التحديث ولم يتم إصلاح الخلل مع العلم لقد تحدثت مع خدمة العملاء وتم اعلامهم بالخلل

البرنامج جدا ممتاز للتداول بس يعيبة ثلاث اشياء:
١- بطئ عملية ايداع الاموال ( من يومين الى ثلاث ايام)
٢- بطئ عملية سحب الاموال ( من يومين الى ثلاث ايام)
٣- وجود تعليقه او تاخر في البرنامج عند افتتاح السوق
عدًا النقاط الثلاث ، البرنامج جدا ممتاز ويكفي ان البرنامج مرخص وقانوني من هيئة اسواق المال الكويتية.

عمولة ٣ دولار على الصفقة. نسبياً عمولة مرتفعة. المتعارف على منصات تداول المحترمة والمرخصة، عمولاتهم بالسنتات على الصفقة. اتمنى تعيدون النظر بخصوص العمولة.

Giving it 3 starts for 3 main reasons, for now. 

1) charts do not update in real time, takes about 30mins to update. This is very bad. Price updates are also delayed. 

For example, on Zad Nvidia is $627 right now, however on other apps, it’s $616 right now. Zad does not update prices in real time, nor does it update for after hours trading. Leaving you in shock with a $18slump. Think about it as playing an online game, imagine playing online with 300ms ping? Yea, latency/response time and speeds in stock trading is as immensely as important in gaming. 

2) lot commission, for short-term trades $3 per lot is too much. Because in short term a stock is highly unlikely to jump $20 to make it a 70/30 split in our favor, whereas a $10 gain is 60/40 split in Zad’s favor. This makes it hard to get out in short term when bears comes out but is good enough when the margin is higher than $20. 

3) Buy/Sell volume indicator, can’t tell whether a stock is bearish or rallying until after it drops/gains for more than $20 and up, coupled with delay in charts, it’s nearly impossible to tell whether a stock is rallying, crashing, hitting resistance, or just fluctuating. 

4) minimum deposit of 35kwd is great, but minimum withdrawal of 47kwd is very bad. Minimum deposit and withdrawal must equal each other at minimum. Reason being is when trying to take money out, you are forced to deposit then withdraw, which result in a loss in currency conversion.
