After the recent update can’t place successful order. Asking address and show something wrong and cart lost. Wasted several hours for order from this app . Lot of bugs in the app and not tested the app properly before release.

Poor app

-Can’t choose location -Only cash option -glitches and much more

Very bad service taking 1-2 hours for delivering the items from the ordered time

I can’t even select the location for ordering the food. One of the worst App encountered

When open it displays to restart the application , same error after restart as well

There’s a lot need to be done in order to make this app user friendly. The app is not user friendly at all. Not all the items of menu is available on the app. Order tracking is not accurate and the delivery took more than an hour. Very disappointed

You can’t call them if you don’t have enough credit as its a 600 hotline call. I can’t call their outlet 4 buildings away from my building. When I placed order using their app it asked me to choose the outlet so I chose Mohammed Bin Zayed City one. It gave me 60 min waiting time for 3 sandwiches to deliver 4 buildings away, yet they were late by 5 minutes. The app showed that it was delivered from their Tourist Club outlet!
