The best shopping site I have ever used, I have no problem getting fab shoes and boots in size 35😁

I returned four items to zalando in four seperate parcels using Zalando’s free return system and returns slip. All four items got lost in transit according to their tracking codes. Zalando refused to refund me. I am currently investigating this using the an online dispute resolution platform but it’s taking two months so far. Zalando also charged to my credit card without my permission for an order that I did not place. I am currently working with my bank to dispute this. Zalando are not an honest company and I have seen on social media many many complaints similar to mine.

Absolutely discussed with this company. I never leave reviews but I’m so annoyed. I ordered 2 items boots and a top. The package was not damaged or open on delivery. I open the package there was boots but no top and a receipt in the bag for the 2 items but no top which cost over a €100 euro contacted the company filled out form. To be told it was delivered and basically I was making it up. Surely they can check there stock and see they have one extra of that item as it was not delivered to me. Long story shot there keeping my money and not sending me my missing item. I will never order off them again. Avoid extremely disappointing and annoyed.

They waited 15 days before shipping the order. Ordered on may 2nd, shipped on may 17th, will arrive may 30th at last All the way they were like « it will arrive on time ». Order was planned to arrive may 12th - may 17th. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping time. I don’t recommend.

Great app and brands included. However, needs improvement in the delivery. I would prefer to have exact date of delivery rather than estimate so I could check or adjust my availability to receive the items. Their partner courier don’t provide flexibility of delivery as well. This makes me hesitant to order on this app unless much needed maybe.

When I go to checkout it says something has gone wrong

Terrible service, wouldn't recommend to anyone. They make you wait for two weeks only to inform you that your parcel is lost. Very disappointing experience

Unable to purchase items that show “in stock” regularly
