Do not order with Zara app!!! Real zara home do not help with orders if there is any problem. I ordered furniture and accessories from Zara Home app for 931 euros (in Portugal). Nothing has been delivered to me. Today is March 25th. In the app, the status since February 16th is "courier picked up your order." I receive nothing, and they don't refund my money. The store says they have no connection to the official Zara app, and the same is said over the phone, the same on website! In the app, every day I receive messages like "we will respond to you within 24/48/72 hours." On March 11th, they said I would definitely receive a refund within a week. Surprise! Of course, I haven't received anything back. Each time, I spend 10-15 minutes explaining to a support agent what happened, and they assure me that someone will definitely contact me. This is just absurd. And there is not a single phone number or contact to call. This is a thousand euros! that were basically stolen. I understand that everyone can have delivery issues, etc., but now it's just that since February 16th, they haven't refunded my money.

Возникают значительные сложности при использовании приложения: в частности оплата картой Мастеркард иностранного банка(не российского) не проходит с первого раза, что вызывает по меньшей мере недоумение. Просьба разработчикам обратить внимание на этот серьезный момент и в дальнейшем облегчить пользователям работу с приложением.

There is no way to enter my address (the line closes), there is no product search system! This is just an advertising booklet - some unnecessary pictures! I lost time and traffic. Achieved nothing.

Why should I log in EVERY time I open the app?!

I can't log in with my apple id. Login with facebook works. Could you test before releasing new versions?
