Zario AI: Screen Time Coach

This app is honestly such a great idea, so many people I know including me are stuck to our phones while we have so many other things we can do that actually benefit us in a healthy way, let’s break the phone addiction and get outside take our kids to the park get some sun and reconnect with nature. Thanks to Zario for making an app to help humanity for the better.

I am blown away with how simple and effective this app is. Easy to use timers set in predetermined intervals makes it easy to take brief chunks of time in the apps you want to reduce wasting time on, but also doesn’t make it burdensome to use them. Total time is also easily tracked. And the app just works. My only complaint is the expensive lifetime subscription. However, I can’t fault the developer as they have made a quality product.

I honestly don’t have much to say, but this drastically improved my mental and physical wellbeing, and made me happy in the process. Thanks you so much for making this app, and thanks for saving thousands of lives.

When focus is invaluable, this app make it a lot easier not to get trapped in other apps

Zario is really an amazing app. Initially I was a bit skeptical, but I can confidently say it’s been a game-changer for reducing mindless scrolling, whether it’s social media, news, or any other app that uses up time and attention. The app itself is beautifully designed and intuitive. Worth mentioning is that it doesn’t necessarily push you to quit social media entirely, but rather helps you take control of how much you actually want to use it.

Everyone I talk to think that their screen time is lower than it is. Zario is the accountability you need to detach from you phone. All phones should come with Zario as a default app.

I love Zario. Other app blockers do not work, because they offer no alternatives. Every time the app blocks, it's like running with your face against the wall. Zario on the other hand, has a strong alternative: questions and exercises, which support you with your personal goals and mental health. Also, Zario is super slick and simple. It also has awesome quotes - that's another thing I really appreciate. I can really recommend it.

I’ve been using the native Apple app for years to try and reduce my Instagram daily intake… it worked… to an extent! I got my usage down to around 15-20 minutes per day! With Zario? Down at around 2 min max per day! Why? Well the instant reminder when you open the app telling me how much better life is outside my phone then in my phone does the trick! The fact that I need to actively allow my “addictive apps” for 5 or 10 minutes gives me that road blocker I need to let my rational brain kick in over my additive habitual brain! Basically - life outside Instagram is better! Enjoy the real adventures of life! Zario is your way there!
