Have been using this app for years, they haven’t improved. There are apps which are so fast with so much features but Zebpay is still lagging years behind. Whenever there are pumps/dumps their app hangs. 
There are huge selling and buying margins Zebpay is charging over heavy commissions which is totally upsetting. 
Recently, I tried to transfer my crypto and couldn’t do as Zebpay said I opted for virtual wallet which seems totally absurd and nonsense.

I am a user of this app for the past 3 years and I give up today because I’ve suffered enough loosing here. Better find an app that delivers faster. If you want to loose your money very quickly then use this app

If you buy any coin, you will lose 5% your capital and if you want to sell the coin at same time when you purchase you will lose 10% of your capital. 

I lost 40k with capital of 3 lacks in 2 mins. Just buy and sell with same price.

I am extremely disappointed with ZebPay Exchange. The platform is slow, unresponsive, and difficult to use. Their high charges, even for holding cryptocurrencies, feel completely unfair and make the experience worse.

One of the biggest issues is the huge difference in buying and selling prices. For example, if a crypto costs Rs. 200, the price gap between buying and selling can be as high as Rs. 12 at times, while occasionally dropping to just Rs. 1. This inconsistency is frustrating, especially during market sell-offs, where you face a significant loss when trying to sell your assets quickly.

Overall, ZEBpay’s lack of transparency, excessive fees, and unreliable pricing structure make it a terrible choice for crypto trading. I do not recommend this platform to anyone serious about managing their crypto investments. Avoid it!
