L’application ZenMotiv, conçue par le docteur Dominique Boute, n’est pas une nième méthode pour maigrir mais un accompagnement dans le changement issu de de son expérience dans la prise en charge des personnes souffrant d’obésité depuis maintenant plus de 25 ans. 
Basée sur différentes approches(la thérapie stratégique, les conduites de changement, l’hypnose Ericksonienne, la pleine conscience, les thérapies cognitivo‐comportementales, la diététique…), ZenMotiv vous aide à retrouver vos sensations, à être à l’écoute de votre « vrai besoin », composante indispensable dans la prise en charge des problèmes de poids.
Ses 7 compagnons vous apportent, tout au long de la journée, une aide au besoin de l’instant.
Au travers d’outils et d’exercices personnalisés, vous allez apprendre à mieux appréhender ce qui vous pousse à manger (la faim, l’envie, l’émotion) et commencer Le changement.
