Cloud Service Subscription Service Description
1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud  $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud  $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices. 
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date  in the "Account Settings".

Updated they reached out and talked about there newsletter…🤦‍♂️They clearly can’t read and don’t care about the users experience on there app

This system is the worst. I hate these cameras and extremely hate the app. What a piece of $&@% setup. I have a list of reasons why. But the one that gets me the most is when I get an alert on my phone and go to check the camera, it won’t load. It’s always and I mean always when motion is detected it never loads. I’m ripping them all out and using them for targets on my shooting range.

Have had these cameras for years both with and without the subscription. Just know they miss A LOT. A little boy is currently missing on my street. Went to check my cameras and there’s 4 hours where the cameras didn’t catch any motion despite all the activity in front of them. My other brand camera on the other hand doesn’t have this problem. The app also keeps crashing. Frankly there are so many other options out there that are much better. Skip this one.

The cameras are great. No issues.  The problem is if you have to reset your network or change modems, you can’t enter password to reconnect to the network.  You have reinstall them.  For me as a disabled person, I have to climb to fixed positions to take them down.  No one thinks of the fact that not everyone is able bodied.  Very disappointed.

I’ve been using Zmodo camera for the last couple years and they used to work amazing, I never had problems with the app until maybe a few months ago now I can’t even open the app without it freezing, my cameras got disconnected and now they won’t let me reconnect them. The app seems to have went backwards in quality. Not sure what to do now.
