Way too many ads

I used to love this app, now I can’t stand it at all. You get an ad after every photo you add - it’s unbearable.

App now opens at the top of project

With one of the latest updates, the app now opens at the top of my project instead of the end where you add new clips. Not only is this annoying, because you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to add your next clip (which is every day in my case), but I liked when it opened at the end so I wouldn’t see the older clips and get a nice surprise when I watch them all back at the end of the year. Now I keep seeing the first clips every time I open the app, so it won’t be much of a surprise to watch back. I’ve been using the app for 10 years and it has worked well for me so far aside from this detail. UPDATE: Their support team reached out to me and was very thorough about trying to diagnose the cause, but unfortunately it seems to be some kind of bug that is only happening on my end. I do appreciate their patience in trying to solve the problem, but unfortunately it looks like the something the developers will have to look into.

Serious problems - edit: Fixed!

I have enjoyed this app and a pro subscription for several years now. However, upon starting my new subscription for the year, I find that I am not accessing pro anymore. Which I have paid for. The contact support button no longer works in the app. The website has no way of contacting Support on it. So I don’t seem to have any means to get this fixed. I’ve now paid for a one year subscription to an app which is not giving me what I paid for. At this point, I would have to recommend new users to not bother getting pro. Edit: after jumping through a few hoops, I managed to contact support. They fixed my problem. And I see the support button in app now works again. Well-done, One Second - thank you, number of stars changed!

App now opens at the top of project

I would be surprised at the end of the year when watching the compilation back and see all those moments I’d forgotten about. Now I keep seeing the first clips every time I open the app, so it won’t be much of a surprise to watch back. I’ve been using the app for 10 years and hate to give it a bad review, but it would be so much better if they fixed this issue to be how it was before. If they do, I will surely update my review :)

Long time user

This app has been my favourite way to remain connected with loved ones across the country. A nice monthly update, a great way to see the best(or most important part) of each day. (Although I do also love the other non-traditional feature for highlighting vacation/important events.)

Why would I pay for something I previously got for free? This app has become a disappointment

No longer enjoying using this app because that have now put certain features behind a paywall. They have made it so you can no longer export the video without their watermark on your video. Their previous free version would allow you to do this, but now if you want to export the video you will have to deal with them putting their big ugly watermark on your video. It’s disappointing when apps come out with cool features and then take them away in an attempt to get you to pay for their app. I will be deleting this app as I don’t want to pay for something I was PREVIOUSLY GETTING FOR FREE. They knew exactly what they were doing by making the watermark permanent unless you have the pro version and I won’t be participating in their money-hungry capitalistic bid for more profits.

deleted my account?

Kept getting emails about my account being deleted due to inactivity, used the app, got an email that my account was still deleted. What????????

Emails to delete?

Why do I use this app frequently yet continue to get emails saying it will be deleted without logging in? I am logged in!! Annoying considering I paid big money. I don’t even have to do this a free apps

Issue with app

In my third month and now the preview never shows so I’m blindly choosing clips and hoping I got the right second. Came to see if it was up to date and see that an update for “bug fixes” was recently released and updated on my phone. Timing wise seems to be when all my issues started :/

I absolutely love this app and I would rate it 5 stars it’s just that I don’t like the notifications. It reminds me to post a second after I have already done one that day so I end up disregarding the notification most of the time because it sends it all the time which makes it easier for me to forget to record my second
