My favourite app!
I love this app and have been using it daily for years. Not only is it a great journal, but it’s good to have something to remind you of the small positive things that happen every day of your life. We travel a lot and I mash a video for every trip, plus I run a mash as a record of each year. I recently had a problem with uploading a 13 minute video and got in touch with the support team who were super responsive and helpful. It turned out to be nothing to do with the app, but they were so great in helping me get it done. Highly recommended.
Amazing app
It’s such a good app!! Love all the videos I’ve been able to make so far and customer service is also excellent!!
Becoming greedy and not communicating
Hiked up the price behind a paywall with zero communication. Previously available features are now gone as well as back up ability - if I had lost this phone without checking myself I would have lost all my videos without realising. Probably will be finding a new app now
Horrible app do not download!!
Don’t download this app, they scammed me and took out $80 and 10 minutes after the money came out my bank I messaged they’re support immediately and said they can’t do anything about it!!!
The app sends you the cutest reminders!
A great app in many ways, but my favourite thing about it has to be the daily notifications that remind you to take your 1 second video! They are different almost every day and some are so creative and funny! Definitely turn them on if you download this app :)
Charged me $78 for a yearly subscription I didn’t agree to
Its a decent app but thats obviously a scam bc there’s no way in hell anyone is willingly signing up for that
Easy to use & fun way to look back on a year
Have used 1SE for a few years now, and it’s a great app. Really easy to use and love looking back on the memories created at the end of the year. Recently had an in-app query that I couldn’t figure out myself, and had great support from the app’s live chat assistance, easily helped me figure out the way forward. Love this app!
Couldn’t ask for a better app!
I have been using 1SE for almost 6 years now. There is no way I could have kept up with this project or saved these amazing memories without the ease and quality of this app. Big fan!
Please help
I love this app a lot, however I recently have backed up my photos to iCloud and now when I try to add videos it says there’s an error. Is there any way to fix this?? I’m very sad, I’ve been doing this for a long time and now I can’t anymore, please fix it.
