terrible experience for non-Japanese users
Terrible and unacceptable experience with this game. DO NOT DOWNLOAD it if you don’t know how to WRITE Japanese. This company is happy to receive any kind of currency including USD, CAD, EUR and etc, but even after non-Japanese users paid really a lot to them, they will refuse to provide any kind of customer support in English and force users to write them Japanese. That’s extremely ridiculous - I downloaded it from Canadian App Store, played it for 3 years and spent over 600 CAD per month; I can listen and read most of the contents but cannot write Japanese, so that makes me not eligible to receive any kind of customer service? I wrote 6 long English emails to them and they didn’t even read a work of them, instead they replied me with 4 standard Japanese emails saying they cannot understand my email and I’ll have to write in Japanese. Seriously do they not know there’s a thing in this world called Google Translator? Why should I, as a customer who paid them so much money, be the one who was forced to translate my complaints for them? Nonsense.
