1000 Hours Outside

I love this concept, but it’s absolutely useless to me without a daily notification to record our hours. It needs to be an interactive notification so I don’t even have to open the app. Without this, it’s impossible to create the new habit of recording our hours outside.

I liked the concept and being able to add pictures. Everything new has a fee and I can’t even download my own journal for free. Deleted.

I love being able to track my families outside time but I really wish every profile was shown on the calendar view! There have been many times I know I’ve missed adding to the other profiles or added incorrectly since there’s no way to check it. I think with that addition it would be a 10/10 app!

Love the accountability and premise of this app and we are well on our way to 1000. I just wish it worked when you didn’t have service that is my biggest complaint. Sometimes being outside as much as we are you don’t have service- so then the hours don’t save

How do I keep this app from crashing every time I try to open it? Each day I go out I have to restart my phone just open this app.

I paid $4+ for this app thinking I’d get to access all of the features. Once I opened it, I just had a timer and calendar…. You must pay monthly or yearly to see locations outside and you must also pay to track with friends. I mostly was excited to have all the places in one app paired with the tracking but I don’t personally feel that having just the ability to time is worth 4.32 and then searching locations is $20 a year or $2 a month.

This is an easy way to accurately track the amount of time spent outside.

This has been such a joy for us. Spending quality time in Gods outdoors seeking new adventures as a family is the best.

Ever since the most recent update this app has been very inconsistent. We were outside for at least three hours today and the app said 52 minutes 11 seconds. You also have to have service for the timer to work which is frustrating because many times we are out adventuring where there isn't service. It used to be very easy to toggle between the timer and calendar and now I have to close out of my app completely to get back to the calendar from the timer. Hopefully they will update this again. It worked perfectly perform they updated it

I am formally requesting a refund once the purchase is processed. I used the app for 30 seconds before realizing that you must: 1, purchase the app 2, purchase additional badges 3, subscribe to use map features 4, subscribe AGAIN to use friend features. I am baffled at how much money they are wanting to simply track hours outside? I am thankful the option is there for people that want it I guess, but I will be deleting and hopefully refunded.
