환불 대응 최악
대부분 이어플 쓰면 할부로 진행하시잖아요 만기까지 잘쓰시는 분들도 계시겠지만 사람마다 갖은 이유로 해지해야 하는 상황이 올 수도 있잖아요 그때 튜터링 CS의 수준을 느낄수 있을거같아요^^ 3개월 썼는데 101만원 중 33만원만 환불 이해안됐지만 일 크게만들기 싫어서 알겠다고 넘어갔더니 카드사쪽에서 할부결제 계속 나가고 있음 결제취소 문자도 안옴 환불액 계좌로 입금된 것도 아님 튜터링 상담사쪽에 연결해보니 본사는 취소했고 카드사에 문의하라는 대답밖에 안돌아옴 그럼 튜터링 환불담당자는 뭘하는 것인지,,?궁금하네요 암튼 나름규모있는 어플같은데 대응 이런식으로 하는거 신기하고 웃겨요

영어배운다면 이 어플 추천이요!
토픽 종류도 많아서 보고싶은건 볼 수 있어서 좋아요 무엇보다 영어공부를 잼있게 할 수 있어요 단계별로 복습도 되고 영어 말하는거에 울렁증 있었는데 투터링덕분에 극복할 수 있었어요!
내가 만약 영어를 배운다면 이 어플을 꼭 추천해요!
저는 공부할 때 과목들 중 영어를 좋아했는데 좋아한만큼 성적이나 실력이 안되서 많이 실망했어요. 그래도 외국인과 대화하는 것만큼은 내 자신이 더 멋져보아고 노력할 가치가 있다 생각했어요. 이 앱을 통해서 내가 모르는 단어나 문장을 쉽고 빠르게 이해할 수 있었고, 코스 별 단계가 있어서 내가 이미 아는 내용이더라도 복습하고 예습하는 시간이 될 수 있었어요! 토픽 종류도 많아서 내가 보고 싶은 걸 볼 수 있어 너무 좋습니다. 특히 내가 모르는 단어가 있으면 바로 검색해 볼 수 있던 점이 너무나도 좋았어요!❤️ 꼭 한번 사용해보는 걸 추천 드려요!
튜터링 덕분에 영어에 대한 두려움을 극복할 수 있었어요!
평소에 영어로 된 글은 잘 읽지만 말하는거는 너무 두려웠어서 말하는걸 엄청 잘 하고 싶었다는 생각이 있었어요. 우연찮게 주변 추천을 받아 튜터링 전화영어를 시작하게 되었고, 제가 모자른 발음을 하더라도 다 이해를 해주시며 천천히 진행을 해주셨습니다. 땡큐 튜터링!
