11+ Non-verbal Reasoning app contains tons of questions to help your child prepare for the 11+ exams and get into the school of your choice.

This app is one of the apps in 11+ apps series published by 11PlusApps.co.uk with comprehensive material and innovative design that make 11+ exam preparation a fun.

This app covers 7 topics. Each topic has 30 questions. Questions are similar to the ones asked in 11+ common entrance exams set by grammar schools and independent private schools in UK and around the world. They vary in difficulty levels ranging from 1 to 10.

The topics covered are:

2. Code Letter Shapes
3. Empty Square
4. Odd One Out
5. Series
6. Shapes & Letters
7. Similar Shapes

DETAILED TEST RESULTS

On the completion of each test the user is given a summary of questions answered correctly, incorrectly and skipped along with the time taken on each question. Every question can be reviewed and all questions have an explanation of the answer.

PROGRESS METER

An interactive pie chart displays current progress for each topic. You can touch the different color slices of the pie and choose if you wish to answer only incorrectly answered questions, unattempted or correctly answered questions. This feature is very useful to achieve 100% score in each topic.

MOCK TEST
After you have practiced all types of questions, you can take a Mock Test with 50 questions. The Mock Test has questions selected randomly from each topic. Scores for the mock tests taken in the past are displayed in a bar chart. This is a great way to track how you are progressing in mock tests. There is no limit on how many mock tests you can take.

Perfect for 11+

My daughter needed to prepare for the 11+ and only had 4 weeks to do so. This app was perfect and in using both the verbal and non verbal reasoning together in small chunks she was able to gain the experience and confidence needed, and she passed the test with a much higher than needed mark. I would definitely recommend this app, it is perfect and well targeted for its purpose.

It is preparing me for my 11+ test very well

Hardly any questions

Only 30 questions in each topic area, they just repeat in a different order. This rapidly becomes a memory test instead of practice for the 11+. We feel ripped off.

Riddled with Mistakes

Absolutely riddled with typos & mistakes! Even the 6th example screenshot above has a glaring mistake in the question! lol Hilarious!

It’s calm

It’s nice alright not the best though It’s 3 and 1/2 stars I wrote 3 because you can’t do 1/2 stars

Poor standard

Contains spelling mistakes and some ‘correct’ answers are ambiguous. Deleted after five minutes.

You have to pay for full version

Some helpful tips, but I lost interest when it transpired that you have to pay for the app to get ANY practice questions. Glad I didn't set my son loose on the impossible test without trialling it. Why not just charge up front?

NVR Made fun

NVR questions can very challenging. This app makes it a real fun. Really good questions and very easy to use app. There are explanations for all questions and some questions are really hard to solve. Great help for children preparing for the demanding 11+ exam!
