I have a number of meditation apps but this is the only one that is recovery oriented. I’m really enjoying the guided meditations. There are different people who lead different ones and the variety of voices and themes is really good.
But where is the sleep timer to shut it off? That I miss 100%. Please bring it back! I’ve been using it for a many years now and it helps me and my Kid to sleep better!! I wrote that review months ago and got a response telling me that a sleep timer was added. I’ve searched all over, but I can’t find it. Can you please tell me in which part of the app to find it in or is that in the paid part of the app?

I absolutely love this app. Anytime I need a meeting. I can just listen to one of the speakers. If I want it gain some more knowledge about one of the programs I can find it here. I can learn how to meditate as well. This app has been an additional tool for my toolbox that I am enjoyingand I believe is adding positive results to my recovery.

I love the guided meditations. They are extremely helpful and make me very aware. Sometimes I don’t get to listen to the whole thing because I fall asleep. If you’re having trouble sleeping, I recommend downloading this app. I do love to listen to the meditations I’m new to this, so I’m still learning, but this app is very helpful I highly recommend.
