為促進學生健康，除了保護全體學生免於接觸菸、電子煙、檳榔等物質，更需強化學生的明辨能力，破除各種迷思、能使用拒絕的技能，減少其使用意向，進而擴大自身影響力，負起倡議責任。
「實踐計畫生成器」共有破除迷思、拒絕、倡議等10 組活動。具有3大優點特色：1.「輕巧」化：只需20至30分鐘，可彈性融入各活動應用，藉以強化反菸拒檳之生活技能與素養；2「玩中學」：運用科技，搭配AR擴充實境，吸引學生，提升學習動機；3.「生活化」：於個人或分組活動中演練，成果分享在常用的社群平台，符合現代人際互動模式。
