123 Counting For Kids

Learn numbers and counting

Published by: Dmytro Plekhotkin

Description

Basic game for learning numbers. Intended for use with parents in conditions when it is impossible to use other means of education, upbringing and development of the child, as well as an alternative method of consolidating previously acquired skills.
This app teaches counting from 1 to 10, because it is the most basic numbers every child should know. Number 10 further can have the next meaning for kids: "many, more, big, huge, a lot", where other numbers like 6 or 7 can mean "average, ok, good, normal", and numbers like 1,2,3 can have the next meanings: "little, a few, few, not enough".
First of all use the game in a playful manner and with love to your kid, don't tap the screen too much instead give your child some possibilities to engage with the device and the game. If the child looks bored change the activity to something else and don't force your toddler to play on a phone or tablet if the child does not want to do it.
Counting objects is an essential skill to acquire for a person to be able normally interact with the other people and this game can help to get the skill in some way. Of course, interacting and counting real objects is preferable, however, if you don't have such possibilities that it is ok to use this game.
I as a developer of this game played the prototype of this game with my 2.5 year old son and it was fun to play with him together, but I did not force him to learn all the numbers at once and switched an activities after a few minutes of solid play.
This game does not contain ads, but have only one free deck to play. Other deck are available under renewable subscription. There are three subscription plans: weekly, monthly and annual.
