Booking Process
When our customer makes a booking through our website or an app we provide an e-ticket immediately after the payment, according to the transportation services company, for most of the operators. The process of reserving a ticket is simple and convenient - select your point of departure and destination, pick a travel date, return date (or choose a one-way option) and select the number of passengers in your group. After, just click the green button 'Find Tickets'. Remember to always click on "Find tickets" after you have changed the date/departure/destination. You will see all the available trips sorted by departure time, departure point and means of transport. Select one that fits your requirements and click 'Buy ticket'. After completing previous steps, the user is transferred to the page that requests contact, identification information and payment of choice method as well as to agree to 12Go "Terms and conditions", "Privacy Policy" and Cancellation Policy". The final window gives you an option to book another trip or confirm check out. With our application it is possible to browse deals by sorting the following aspects: recommended, cheapest, fastest, top-rated, earliest to latest and vice versa. Also, you can apply useful filters to select the following: your price range using a slider bar, mode of transportation, departure and arrival time window, operating company, departure and arrival stations. Why does it crash when you reopen?!
Great service, easy way to find cheap tickets for buses, trains, flights, and taxis for whenever and wherever I want to go. But the app gives the wheel of death if you switch to a different app and then try to go back to 12Go. You end up having to start all over. Every time. I’m on iPhone.
Wheel of death
I love the ability to book a cab using this app, but it’s a one and done app. Meaning you use it once and then it doesn’t work the second time. I’m not an apple.
Service is great, app not so much!
I get the wheely thing of death everytime I make a booking on my phone. Then I have to shut down my phone & start over. I have an iphone. I like the ability to buy tickets all in one place but . . . The crashing app is a psin. The calendar on the website doesn’t go beyond the month after present.
