首先第一点商家回复特别慢，这一点让我特别无语，第2点想找个人工都找不到全都是机器人反馈（我说的是官方客服）3拒收之后居然不退钱，这一点是我想不到的，卖家会给你拖时间拖到30天之后就没了，官方让你去跟卖家打官司4而且价格还比其他平台上的要高出很多，还跟我说这是进货平台，我要笑死了😂
