醫院管理局推出流動應用程式「18區中醫診所」，方便求診人士隨時隨地預約中醫診所暨教研中心（中醫診所）的政府資助中醫門診偶發性疾病的診症服務。應用程式設有多個貼心功能，讓病人有效地管理就診安排、查詢實時配藥狀況及各中醫診所的資訊。應用程式亦提供電子繳費功能，以支付應繳款項及查看有關繳費紀錄。
「18區中醫診所」將陸續推出更多新功能。

遇上港鐵交通問題，取消預約和改期好困難和不便，真係連希特拉和習主席都要花上好多時間先找到職員接聽電話，或回覆電話留言信箱。😡
明明有位 次次登入都話滿籌
都預約唔到嘅 咪又係要親自去約籌
請修正系統錯誤
登記針灸時，每次輸入完身份證號碼及出生日期後，當按「確認」就會話輸入錯誤，登記不到。

無用
垃圾App
間間中醫都話full booking, 都唔知佢整個app嚟做咩，浪費資源
預約功能非常弱
時間只會出一個建議，真係天荒地老都預約晒？😩
預約永遠滿額
每次開個app 都話冇位預約，但打電話問又會有，下載黎完全冇用
系統錯誤
安裝後 只出系統訊息錯誤 不能使用
