This app is awful and glitchy for us Canadians! Apart from that I ordered flowers to be sent and it never got delivered. Asked for refund and they won’t do it! Just a measly $5 credit for future purchase! Unbelievable!!! Had to make another purchase and went with Callia Flowers. Experience was night and day! Same day delivery, amazing communication, and beautiful flowers! Now my go-to. And I’m done with 1-800 go elsewhere!

This app does not allow Canadian Customers to login...upon on entering login credentials and press ok I received the following error message ‘ Please enter a valid email and password’ no issues using the same login from the website. Very disappointed as I just made two purchases online and was going to make a third...the app would’ve been very convenient. Oh well I guess I won’t for now. Hopefully it is fixed...I will change my ratings once it has been corrected

Do not trust this company to deliver flowers or anything for that matter, on two separate accessions in a week they didn’t deliver flowers I ordered to two different people not only was my moms Mother’s Day ruined and my friend who is sick didn’t get her flowers when she got out of hospital but they absolutely did NOT care they offered me 20$ refund 20$!!! That’s it I had to argue for my full refund! And I’m still waiting for my second refund which they have told me over and over it’s been processed it’s been a week and half very very disappointed and will never use this company again!

Why are you in the Canadian App Store? Sort yourselves out.

‘Ships all over the world ‘ but you can only enter US addresses. Can’t enter international ones. Same on the full website. Bit crap really. Oh well, guess I will use a local service instead....

Very pleased. Made a last minute order and the anniversary flowers were delivered within Canada within half a day.

Got the app only to discover is United States only. Lost a sale because of it.

So I went through the ordering process, selected Canada as my country for the billing address after I put in all my credit card info and the app WILL NOT accept a Postal Code. It only accepts 5 characters on that field (for ZIP codes) even though Canada is the country selected so just a huge waste of time. Boooo.

Trying to checkout was such a pain. They really need to do a better job with user experience on this.
