מכרו לי קופון שלא עובד ואח״כ גם לא פיצו. אל תקנו, לא שווה

שירות גרוע מאוד. בנוסף אם הזמנת משהו ואתה רוצה לבטל צריך לשלם דמי ביטול גם אם זה דקה אחרי שלא כמו באתרים אחרים.

בעיית כניסה
לא נותן לי בכלל להיכנס, אין לי לאן לפנות לעזרה. למישהו נוסף זה לא עובד או שרק לי זה ככה?
חבילה שלא הגיעה
הזמנתי מהם הזמנה עם שליח עד הבית וכבר חודש שהיא לא הגיע. בהתחלה שירות הלקוחות ענה וטען שהיא תגיע באותו יום ( היא לא הגיעה) אך הם הפסיקו לענות לי כך ששילמתי על מוצר (יקר) שפשוט לא הגיע. מתסכל ומאכזב
