The app keeps on crashing and that it doesn’t let me book and appointment and even reschedule my booking i have been a fan of 1847 and there branches but i’m not a fan of there app it keeps on crashing and never works and when i try to call them branches they never pick up during 1-5PM and i keep on calling them no answer and i was surprised when they had a app but then when i tried using it it keeps on crashing. Fix this immediately.

Cant login for 3 says, and nobody can help, cause “we cant fix it”

Ive had a recurring issue that I have been experiencing with the 1847 app. It seems to be crashing consistently whenever I am in the process of selecting a technician. Additionally, I have encountered a similar problem when attempting to add more services. This has been going on for few months. I am not the only one facing these difficulties. A number of my friends who also utilize the app have reported experiencing similar issues.

Unfortunately lately I can’t make any booking through the app. After I select the time I can’t proceed, and this incident repeated a lot recently. You have to fix it

Sends code by SMS but then just doesn’t do anything when the code is entered

When I book on the app I get a phone call that the slots I selected are not available. What’s the point of having an app to book?

A great service yet could not watch anything due to the very poor Internet… Not what I expected…
