Amazing app
The programs are great! The app is very easy to use
Best program to prepare you!
18 Alpha Fitness is an incredibly valuable program that will prepare your body and mindset for what’s ahead. Kevin was always available for any questions on specific workouts and also techniques/stretches for injury prevention. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to better their workouts and engage in a program that will test yourself. Everything was very structured and the app makes it very effective to keep track of your stats. You can’t go wrong with 18 alpha fitness and I’m definitely grateful for Kevin’s knowledge on training the right way!
