cel mai slab sync / worst sync
te sună de 3-5 ori pentru aceasi chestie persoane diferite pentru aceasi chestie. practic nu se sincronizeaza deloc între ei. o companie super slabă. they are calling you 3-5 times by different persons for the same thing basiscally they are don’t centralize anything. very poor business.
Nu pot sterge contul
Se incalca GDPR, nu pot sterge datele personale!
Nu imi pot face cont
Nu am fost niciodata la 18Gym, dar aparent numarul meu de telefon este deja asociat unui cont. Am incercat un resend de pin pe emailul de la fosta sala in locul careia a aparut 18Gym, dar nu am primit nimic. Absolut inutil.
Card Digital
Ar fi frumos sa nu fim obligati sa avem telefonul cu noi pentru a scana cardul, ati putea face un card digital pentru wallet sa mearga in walletul de pe watch sau chiar un app pentru watch. Sa putem scana direct cu ceasul.
Update la Calendar ?
Daca vreau sa cumpar alt abonament nu pot sa selectez o data ulterioara lunii August 2024. Poate vreau sa imi fac alt abonament incepand cu August 2025. De ce limitarea asta ? PS Chiar am abonament pana in Martie 2025 si doream sa mai fac pentru inca 1 an deoarece era o promotie buna. Ce sa vezi; ghinion 😜
ma scos afara aplicatia urat
Azi am dorit să intru în aplicație să pot intra la sală și m-a scos afară. A apărut o eroare și nu mă lasat sa ma conectez inapoi. colegele de la receprie au incercat dar in zadar. daca nici maine nu va meege aplicatia va trebui sa renunt la sala. imi voi cauta alt loc

De fiecare dacă când vreau să validez abonamentul la sală, apare reclamă... foarte enervant.
Decent
It is not ok to remove decent features like the capacity status page, which was VERY use full. And also, the login system, with the PIN number, is absolutely pointless, taking into accout that everyone is used to a username/email - password login
Pretty decent app
The only thing i’m missing is the option to download invoices
