Hi, I am unable to download payment receipt. And not able to find any support details to raise the issue. Required some support section within app.

Booked an appointment for medical checkup but no appointment till now
I booked an appointment for a medical checkup. I have not received any notifications, and the clinic has not responded to me since last week when I made the appointment and payment. I need confirmation of my appointment status. Customer service Asking me to WhatsApp to other numbers which no one responded. I cannot call hotlines to check the status of my appointment if not need to refund. Both was not done.
Application not working
After recent update, app is forcing for verification but both sms and email notifications are not working. And the application is not allowing to make booking without verification. Why to release for customer live when even the basic features are not working.

Need improvement in user interface. No provision to cancel transaction started by mistake.
