Something wrong with anc mode. When turned on it is worse than off. Please fix!!!!

I’ve been experiencing ANC problems after connecting 1MORE Evo via app to my iPhone. Strong mode doesn’t attenuate surrounding noises like it used to do before I launched the app. Now I have a problem and no one seem to know how to fix it.

The app is not bad bad EQ is not very effective but you can tweak the sound and get good resulst. 1More Evo are great sounding buds but this is my 3rd pair and this time I thing the ANC issue is casued by the app. I got new Evos and after I connected them to my iPhone via the app ANC Strong mode went bad, stopped blocking noise like it did when conected just to phones bluetooth. My previous Evos had the same issue, I thought they are broken but After I connected brand new buds and launched 1More app ANC Strong Mode lost it's power - just like the app triggered these error that were present on previous Evos. Strange. Please can you solve this. When ANC was working the attenuation was excelent - now, very disappointing. I assume it might be bug in the app.

There is a problem with the stability of the connection with comfobuds mini. headphones disconnect time to time.

完全识别不到耳机

主要是有一键煲机很方便，但是要是有个夜间模式深颜色的就更好了，还是我刚下载明天发现夜间模式呀😂
