Awful app update
Horrendous new update. So glitchy and slow. Layout is messy and not easy to read. What a shame!

The new app takes longer to book and the layout of the room on mobile is a horrible experience. Please fix this.
New app is terrible - doesn’t work (slow to load), often crashes, doesn’t have a nice interface, difficult to filter by class/studio/trainer, not as easy to see your calendar of classes - the old app was great as it is, would seriously consider going back to the old app if I were in charge of the decision!
Would seriously consider moving back to old app. Harder to see and book my classes.
I used to love the old app, it was so easy to use and was something I never had to really think about. This update has made booking classes super hard, it’s incredibly slow to load and I can no longer book more than one spot for a class. It is actually making me consider terminating my membership
The new app makes it so much harder to book onto a class and to manage bookings. Every time I want to book a class, I have to: - open up my own calendar to see what day of the week each date relates to - check to make the date I’m booking for is within the 3 week available period (I don’t know why the app shows dates after this 3 week period, it’s unnecessary and confusing) - navigate the spot selection process - confirm I want to book with my package credit - confirm that I don’t want a shake It takes so long to book and so long for everything to load! With the old app I was able to book my next session easily and in 20 seconds!
Everything feels more cumbersome than before and takes more effort. Bring back the old app please
With first update it just got super bad, now it’s even worse, I can’t even filter classes or even scroll through all of them - it just doesn’t load It’s honestly becoming physically impossible to book a class
The updated UK app/web experiences look good but it’s so painfully slow… on both. Please make it load the schedule faster otherwise it defeats the purpose of a convenient app for quick class booking. Also, please bring back the feedback on teachers feature. It feels like a one way street where the business isn’t willing to hear about customers experience, complaints or suggestions. Those are some expensive classes, so please deliver the right quality of experience for the money we pay
Terrible app update - doesn’t remember your search preferences - every time I open it I have to say no I don’t want notifications - three clicks to book a class when it used to be one - no way to add to your calendar if you don’t do it at the time and now the emails don’t have calendar events attached to them. - stop trying to sell me smoothies Really feels like the app wasn’t user tested at all
