The lag and the glitch

All the times I am typing down the numbers but I press the 1 and the 7 then to 0 but when I click the number 1 it is okay but when I click the number 7 It puts the 0 I don’t press the check number when I press the backspace It checks it and I have to wait 15m to the lag to check the number 😡
