Not a great bank
Not impressed at all with this bank. Instead of calling me when I have an item that will overdraft my account, they charge me an exorbitant fee and then call me the following day, telling me about it.

So far dealing with the goldendale branch me and my wife have had a great experience staff treats us with great respect and handles all our needs at the drop of a dime. It’s great having bank staff that communicate with you on a personal level making interactions, extremely friendly and comfortable.

Worst banking app I have ever used.
We’ve recently been transferred to 1st Security from another bank because of a buyout. It has been impossible so far to access the bank online at all. Instructions for transitioning did not work, and online support could not help. It’s hard to say whether the app is any good, since we can’t get access to our account through it. The bank however is a serious disappiontment.
Always asked me to rotate my phone when I need to make a deposit. I do and then the app freezes! Need to start all over again several times before I can deposit the check.
This bank does not provide tech support and cannot provide any updates on when they will be back online. We all depend on online banking and this bank has a history of these problems and no improvement has been made over the years. Today I also found out that the regular bank employees are “not allowed to” give me or anyone else the phone number to tech support. The phone number that is provided on the error message does not go to tech support and if you call you get to talk to a bank employee who knows nothing about what is going on. The first person I talked to even lied about there being a technical issues. I have bern a customer for over 20 years and I am strongly considering a different bank now.
I’m glad this exists but it’s very silly and bad compared to any other banking apps.
