「家支援」社區紓緩治療應用程式，是香港大學李嘉誠醫學院臨床腫瘤科屬下的一個項目，旨在支援社區內的晚期癌症病人和其家庭。
取其諧音，「家支援」有「加」強「家」庭支援之意。「家支援」應用程式希望能支援癌症病人和家人在家照顧，為他們加添可用資源，讓他們以正面積極的心態來面對癌病。
「家支援」不但提供有關癌症資訊、紓緩治療和安寧服務的資料，以裝備患者和家人有足夠知識在家護理，註冊用戶更可記錄他們的症狀，並透過此應用程式與醫護人員聯絡。
此應用程式也為醫學生及護理學生提供有關癌症治療和紓緩治療的教材，我們期望新一代的醫護人士能為癌症病人提供更優質的服務。
