We recommend that you download and try out the Official App now so you can familiarise yourself with all its special features before the big day.
New for 2024! Use the Wayfinder on Marathon Day to quickly find out where you are and what is around you. Spectators can use the Wayfinder to see when chosen participants are expected to pass Landmarks on the route.
Participants can use the Official App to:
• record their marathon miles
• track other participants (and invite friends and family to track them too!)
• listen to a motivating soundtrack
• take selfies to post on social media
• find expert tips and advice
• and much more.
Supporters can also use the Official App to:
• follow participants’ progress and see when they’ve passed Landmarks on the route, using the Wayfinder
• check out results
• and send ‘belief booster’ messages of support to chosen participants!

Could not connect to server
Give 1 star as 0 is not possible. If you can’t connect to server how are you supposed to track anyone. Useless. Hope it’s sorted by Sunday. I’ll keep trying.
Can’t even log in!
Not a good start!

I cannot log into the app. As far as I can tell my credentials are correct and no one is offering any help. All I get is a whoops error and the race is Sunday

Very disappointing
Unable to login despite entering all details as directed. If lt worked properly it would have been good.
TRACKING!!!
I did this because people kept on saying that tracking was bad
Would not login
Using exact login details but gettin login fail error message. No reply from Help Desk three days later.
Poor
No club button working, no age range on runners or club so you can’t differentiate any of them from each other when there’s more than one person with the same name. Can’t search any run clubs either so even harder to track the people you want. Really poor design for such a big charity and world majors running event.
