2024 United Airlines NYC Half

On the day it is most important it fails miserably. Livestream not working. App is barely working. Don’t do it if you can’t.

The NYC marathon 2023 is on since over an hour and I wanted to follow some of my friends. Unfortunately the app seems to not be able to handle the load and crashes continuously since the marathon started. Super annoying, because now I cannot participate virtually, which is was so looking forward to! 0/5 stars!

Why is the app not working? it’s only 3 days until the run

Runners access through NYRR credentials is rejected with alert notification.

This is actually a really well made app. For an event like this you obviously benefit from a lot of past experiences and feedbacks but you also have to address various types of users. Except for the occasional app crash and the update frequency - which are related - the app is great.

App is crashing immediately ... not good advertisement for Tata development

This app helped me track colleagues / those part of the running group in real time and let me preview my medal prior to race day. Just a few of the great innovations contained in this app!

The NYRR United Half Marathon app is terrific. Great navigation and easy to use. Most important for a running app, it is up-to-date with accurate data, something many others lack but this one delivers.

I generally never rate apps but it was incredibly helpful with getting most up to date information which I didn’t have to scour the NYRR website for.
