2024 US Open Tennis Reviews

crAPP - ONLY works with wifi

Clink mcclickey on

United States

This app used to be good, but the version for 2024 is such a downgrade. Firstly, it only works if your on wifi. Secondly, there is a lot of annoying splash screens (no i dont want to buy tickets), it is REALLY difficult to get live scores - I use Google for that. I get errors all the time saying "Connection to a network has been lost". I'm actually going to delete it right now, and next year just use anything else to watch and get live updates from the Open.

Radio feature

ibflaubert on

Really miss the interactive “ask the booth” type feature. Also getting 6-10 sec replays quite often, meaning the audio glitches and a section repeats.

can’t live stream on here. Hard to navigate. Stupid features. Slow updates. Score:D

Bad app. Horribly managed tournament.

Live coverage would make it perfect!

Radio is terrible

KiddAM on

United States

US Open radio is worst among slams. Only one channel so you don’t have a choice on what match to listen to. Lots ads and irrelevant interviews DURING MATCHPLAY. That should be saved for changeovers/breaks.

Other majors have much better apps

settle up easily on

United States

Clunky and not helpful to folks watching at home. You can’t see the draw as a chart like on the other major apps; you have scroll endlessly to see the day’s schedule. It’s just clunky and not intuitive.

No live play is annoying.

I miss being able to watch live thru the app.

App

Nnnnnnnmttttttt on

United States

Horrible App. Sorry. Just not very intuitive. See masters golf app. That’s the gold standard. Couldn’t find match results from the day. I would think those would be front and center day to day but apparently not.

Works very well.
