24Six FAQ
Is 24Six free?
Yes, 24Six is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is 24Six legit?
🤔 The 24Six app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I downloaded this app on my tablet very soon after this app launched, and immediately loved it so I bought the 24Six player and use it every day! In the beginning there were a lot of bugs but there kept on being updates and bug fixes that made the app better. But I was a little disappointed after downloading it on my iPad cause I couldn’t skip through tracks so if I wanted to hear just one part of a song I would have to wait till it gets to that part, I hope this will get fixed. I would also love if there could be lyrics to songs, and more Yiddish kids cd’s. But overall I do not regret a bit making this switch from apple! It’s the safe way of listening to Jewish music! Keep up the great work and thanks for making this app so amazing!!!
Forgotten details from my other review
Really overall it’s a great app and it’s really making big waves in the Jewish community and I really appreciate the hard work in protecting people from the danger of other streaming platforms. I didn’t mean to be critical in my last review and I hope it wasn’t lashon harah, it’s just that there is still room for improvement. But really guys thank you so much!
24Six
I love this app! I started using it a few months ago and I really like it. It has all my favorite singers, podcasts, and videos, all kosher! However, like I saw in other reviews, there are many annoying bugs that inconvenience me. For example, there are some songs that have never worked for me, like Shaindy Plotzker’s Never Alone, and some podcasts don’t work after I downloaded them. When I listen to music, I can’t skip, scrub, or change the speed. I mean in no way to speak Lashon Harah about this app as I think it is an amazing innovation. I am just bringing up these issues so that they can be addressed. I would also love, if possible, for lyrics to be put on like Spotify has. Thank you so much to anyone who has to do with this awesome app!
Great app!
Highly recommend!
Pretty good app
Definitely a fantastic app but it’s a little slow. Can you please get Meir Ben-Dayan? THANK YOU!
Unimpressed
Stealing music is not okay And making music a ‘culture’ isn’t coming from a Jewish place
New update :( can’t sign in
My phone is older with a smaller screen, and after I updated 24/6 I needed to log in again…but the keyboard pop-up blocks the “log in” button! Please help!
Great app but…
This app is great!! There is no risk of clicking on random songs like Spotify and Apple Music but it's missing so much content. Ezzi, tons of music videos, etc.
So wholesome
I love this idea, what a big zechus! I’m enjoying and using this app daily! Thank you
Getting there
It’s the best alternative to Spotify only a few comments, the good thing is I have this app since the beginning and they are constantly improving.
1- a lot of times when I go out of the app while playing a song and come back to the app it crashes and it takes some time till i can get back to the app.
2-the algorithm that suggests songs must be improved why when I listen for example to a fast song of Shmuli unger does it give me uncle moshe or a Abe Rottenberg slow song.
3- please it’s time you add lyrics.
With all that said, it’s still an amazing app, and a great alternative for those looking for something kosher that you can set to your liking which is not available on Spotify or Apple Music.
