2HUNGRY Delivery once Baijia

I guess drivers are not enough. So that even restaurant is ready for the meal, the driver is far away and must wait his collection over 30 - 40 mins. Sometime total time for delivery reach to 90 mins. Delivered meal is already not hot.

I ordered though this Baijia app and when the driver reach there the worker at IOI Chagee said they don’t have a software platform to accept this order in the first place it seems like a scam to me this app where the order didn’t even go though but I paid for it while the driver was also there.Fortunately the workers there were kind enough to give me a free drink for this apps inconvenience.

Lousy service for this delivery service, no call to collect at all, just put there only without any notice. Call the customer service also just with answer is like this only, cannot do anything. This lousy service and never think to upgrade the service, and delivery charges also getting expensive, hope this close shop faster, not worth the try...

Was using this app since no delivery fee was charged for short distances. Gotta uninstall it as a minimum delivery fee charges of RM2.99 has applied even for 200 meters :/

Charged 7.99 for delivery fee but delivery slow than grab saver deliver take a hour to send in 8KM. System showing driver went some other place , maybe driver is taking multiple order?? But i paying same delivery price at other G platform, i get direct delivery service. Give me a reason to continue use your service :)

This is the slowest food delivery service in Malaysia. Be prepared to wait 2 hr for your food to arrive. The app also does not show the drivers location. And it is not possible to text the driver.
