登陆的时候收到验证码，验证码发过来字数个数八个，然而登陆填写验证码的格子只有六个，然后显示验证码错误，这是在搞笑吗？

非常垃圾

没有骑手可以不要做外卖软件，五点下单接单后一直没有骑手，商家打电话来说一直没有骑手，餐已经做好很久了，八点打电话给客服说退款，答应了退款说要15个工作日，九点半又给我打电话说餐送到了，我想问放置了四小时的麻辣烫送给你你会不会吃，现在几个月过去了还是没有退款

更新了以后软件总是说网络错误，拜托大哥我是在马来西亚，昨天刚夸完你软件总算优化了一下配送，今天就必须强制更新软件了，结果我现在点了饭却看不到进度，简直是恶心

体验感极其差

用了好几次，付款很麻烦，需要先换成美元再换成马币。而且买了东西坏了客服态度也不好，送餐时间也需要很久很久，避雷。完全不推荐使用。

连骑手都没有的外卖软件

我是留学生使用过很多次这个软件每次都很慢根本就没有骑手接单，每次都要第三方骑手过来取餐，送到饭都凉了，真不知道其他评论说的好用的点在哪里

几次点了，外卖等2小时都没到，就说送达了

马来西亚区域最差的外卖软件

在马来西亚地区，首先很多店的包装很差，外卖送到不止一次东西都洒出来。配送员不是一个公司的，会出现等2个小时以上的时候，这时候配送员肯定是去吃饭或者做其他事情了，最离谱的是看着导航，配送员绕了半个吉隆坡才给你。建议大家线下联系商家买或者用熊猫外卖可以货到付款

出餐一个小时都没按排派送员

商家出餐一个小时都没有安排派送员难道是要等到食物冷的时候才来按排吗联系客服客服不理会不回复不处理客服都不处理不回复还要排什么队真是服了

服务超级慢

服务超级慢，配送费还比别家的平台贵那么多
