The game will not open when I down load it plz fix it

I had this game for years and love it. Recently the game will not open just get a blank screen what did you guys do please fix.
Game will NOT open
I just purchased this game and while it seemed to download okay, when you open the game it shows a blank screen.... zero customer support available and Apple will not reimburse. Very frustrating

Hey there I'm a big fan of your game 2xl snocross but it really needs an update. I was hoping for something like a new sled and a new pro (Tucker Hibert 8 time x games snocross gold medalist) and maybe add a new colour to the first sled (red) and a new colour to the second(yellow) and also a new track maybe (freestyle or snocross it doesn't matter). Thank you so much please email me back if you have anything to say even if it's just to tell me that you can't thank you. Keep up the good work 👍
