Fitness Abs home workout

This is really great to get your abs in shape. If you stay consistent you see the results.

This is ok. I just like your other ab workout better.

This is a great free app. 8 days of abs in and so far I haven’t been sore. You don’t do so many that you’re too tired and repeat some for effect. I can tell that these and other things I’m doing are helping me get tones!

Waooo to be honest I have a very big tummy and am doing this for today but with sincerity I believe I’m going to have six packs because the little I did to I felt the pain all over my body I will like to post a picture of mine after 30days and if you don’t mind I will love to send a picture of my big belle now, Nd I will send my six packs after 30days of exercise because I believe it’s going perfect

First free workout app that is actually good

It’s helping me a lot I had abs before but they were going away because I was eating a lot of foods I wasn’t supposed to eat but this app is keeping my body good and helping me go back to my old self. :)

Thank you for the great app! It started at a beginner’s level and progressed nicely up for me from there!

Keeping this updated for you all 😊: First off I use the app Fooducate to track calories, and current weigh about 108lbs. I plan ti complete the “Advanced” workouts. I’ll keep updating this every week or so, and let y’all know. DAY 1: Really great! Felt the burn more than I have in a while from my other apps. Think this is going to work out 👍🏽!

I really like this app, but I can’t pause it. I either go all the way through, let it run without me or close the app and start over.
