Awesome
The 30 day workout challenge spoke to me so I downloaded the app to test it out. What a workout! Each day was challenging but I looked forward to the next day’s exercises. Definitely a fun app and would recommend to anyone looking for a good routine to start.
Love it
I had a really hard time exercising on my own but this gives me structure and a routine to follow. I’m literally watching the scale go down a pound a day.
20 pounds under weight
I love this app I’m 13 and was 20 ponds under weight and with this app I have gained healthy muscle and have reached my proper weight I have played hockey since as early as I can remember and I need a lot of muscle for it so thank you for helping get my weight and my muscle back🥰

This app is awesome I had to pay to do it but 9.00 dollars a month is so worth it! I feel so much more fit than before and I have only had it for 4 days! Super helpful if you want to lose weight or get fit. It gives you meal plans and recipes that are healthy too!
Slimy Scheme
I paid the $8.99 for this app and have used it off and on for a while. Now to use it have have to pay for a subscription?! I feel I’m owed my original purchase back or a free lifetime membership. What a waste.
Amazing!
I’ve had two open heart surgeries and sometimes it can be very stressful to get back into shape. I found this app to push me just enough and not over work myself. I literally wake up and work out for 15-20mins and I’m done. I feel great and starting seeing results, but you have to be consistent.
Purchased but now I need s subscription?
I bought this app to have access to the workout schedule, but now I have to purchase a subscription to access the content I paid for. Dirty, underhanded behavior.
