GPS is hopeless it sends the taxi to the wrong place even when you pinpoint the pickup exactly

No indication of when or it a taxi will actually come. Poorly made app. Constant marketing push notifications that there’s no way of opting out of. Deleting the app to stop the spam.

if you cancel you taxi they’ll still take your money and it’ll take ages to come back into your bank account 🙄 this has happened twice now

My driver was very polite and friendly but he didn’t know the best and fastest route to my destination …. This annoys me because it’s not a difficult route and I had to lay extra for his mistake
