It doesn’t detect my headphones even though it’s compatible.

Yes, Sony strikes again. A very big disappointment in basically useless and minimal content. The app required login and acceptance of too much data information collection ( We need a specific acronym for this type of TIM collection for whatever the spin doctors say they 'll do with it). A guarantee to make the "360 Reality " to not become one. Mind blowing inane. Over and over. Decent tech mixed with abysmal service, customer support and content. A "deja vu" since Betamax and VHS , etc.

If I paid top dollar for set of headphones why do I needs this extra app to make my headphones sound better as far as I notice it didn’t change any regarding the sound of the headphones in any shape or form.

It’s a really cool app and sounds amazing, but there’s barely any content. There are a handful of shows by people I’ve never heard of.

Why do you need an app to make the headphones sounds good? sounds like scam , Headphones should sound nice just right out of the box , Let's just buy some cheap headphones, don't worry an application will make them sounds like a pro, 🥲

I see the idea, but it has songs that nobody knows. Apply it to Apple Music!

360 reality audio is cool. The app however is presumably used to see performances that you have e-tickets for in order to experience these in the 360 reality audio. All the videos included in the samples are extremely sluggish and suffer a very low frame rate. I wouldn’t buy a ticket for a performance to watch it as a slide show just to experience it in 360 reality audio. Once that is fixed then the app would be usable.
