The app used to be quite good for trading, but it took a downturn when they introduced a strict limit on Grid bots. Even on my highest plan, there are sudden restrictions now, which has disrupted my entire strategy. If management doesn't reconsider these changes, I'll likely switch to a competing platform that provides more flexibility.
Новое приложение просто ужасное. Очень долгое ожидание ответа на каждый отклик. Быстрее все сделать через сайт. Зачем было принудительно убирать старое если это приложение не довели до ума. Я думал это начальные баги. Потом пофиксят.
Интерфейс стал моноязычным, хотя настройки самих ботов сохранились прежние (приложение по прежнему определяет язык устройства). Что тут сказать. Представьте, что Google or Apple отказались от локализации своих продуктов для разных рынков. Что касается самих ботов, то разработчики постарались сделать всё, чтобы испортить приложение окончательно. Раньше при открытии сеточного бота я видел всю сетку в вертикальной разметке и сразу понимал, где я нахожусь. Сейчас я вижу цветные черточки и какие-то цифры, которые перекрывают друг друга.
My iPhone app wasn’t working properly and I think Apple was hacked, after initiating from my laptop and using my phone to monitor and edit instead of initiate everything is ok.
About every other year the platform gets broken or hacked and then pretends that they need to update the keys and create a huge mess when it comes to orders and bots. Unprofessional!
As described in the title, my DCA bots regularly initiate trades and then they fail because there’s not enough funds… when there clearly is enough funds… I’m not sure what that’s about, but it certainly doesn’t make me want to pay a subscription for 1/10th of my trades to go through
