Please make sure mms and iMessage is on, then double-click "home" button, close both of the message app and 3d emoji app, re-start 3d emoji app, it should be ok now.
Note:For better performance, please update your device to iOS7.0 or higher version.These emoticons can't be added to the standard keyboard.

Simplemente no funciona.
Terrible
La app no funciona. La calidad del emoticon que se muestra en la app como animado y en 3D al mandarla por whatsapp se envía como una foto con una pésima calidad de imagen. No hay diferencia entre la app gratis y la versión pro que venden. 😔 No compren está app. No sirve.
