App nor watch is working
Signed out
Keep getting signed out and after getting signed out and try to sign back in keeps saying unable to login. How am I supposed to keep track of my health if I have no access to the information.
Terrible
App will not allow me to sign in. i’ve synced it with every email and social media that I have and it just gives me an error that will not allow me to sing in at all. Can’t sync my watch at all.
Trash company
I bought this watch a little over a year ago! Initially was a good watch and I enjoyed tracking everything. Then I went to login and it said login failed. I had to create a new account which worked initially for awhile, but then logged me out again. Been going back and forth with their terrible tech support and now I find out the app I have been using is no longer usable and the watch I have is basically trash since I can’t sync to it anymore! Such a terrible waste of money. I hope no one buys from this company since they did not make it right since it was out of a year.
Unable To Login
Bought the 3+ lite last night for a discount and made an account same night too. Now I’m unable to login to said acc today. Edit: app kicks you out and if you try to login, app gives you an error. Might as well buy a smart watch instead
App not working
My watch works fine but the app won’t even let you login. Keep saying failed!
App does not work
I bought this watch on a Thursday I tried setting up the app while it charged and I kept getting ‘network not available’ I tried Friday morning on the way to work and got the same message. In conclusion I wish I could get my money back.
