40 Hadiths Qudsi by Imam al-Nawawi is one of the most important collections of hadiths which is well authenticated and present many of the doctrinal, devotional and ethical elements of Islam, accepted and appreciated by Muslim scholars around the world.
The Hadith Qudsi(sacred hadith), have a particularly important status because their meaning is entirely from Allah (swt) while the wording is that of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) from himself.
