You have to pay each time you want to refresh the deck.
I thought I was purchasing an upgrade that allowed you to refresh the deck for the whole game. Not so. They charge you for every game.

Stuck on ads way too often
Love your game - but HATE that very frequently the iPad gets stuck on an ad and the only solution is to reboot! Occasional happening would be irritating -once every other or third day is WAY too much!
