Why sometimes can’t connect with apple health?

Will try to sync my Garmin

I use this apps for few years, I also joined the events. Today when I open this apps and ask me to log in. When I log in, the apps bring me to the apps store to update. But the update is only can install for IOS 13 or higher while I use IOS 12.4.8. I can not log in and also can not update, hence I cannot the apps anymore, unless I change my phone with IOS 13 or higher (My iphone 6+ cannot install IOS13). What os the solution ? I have events on going...

It is forcing me to update to version that my phone cant handle. I cant log in through the app now. Browser only. Before that app is excellent

After updated to thr latest, the app dont show, login panel, or profile panel, so i cant log in & see my progress. I have open mu progres through the webpage via browser. If this problem persist, why would i have this app on my phone?

Tolong apps jangan terlalu sering update. Dan siapkan opsi utk Yg tidak mau update.

I was requested to login everytime, but when i click the login icon, it goes to apps update; but the update is not compatible with my current iOS in iPhone 6. How should i login then?

I think it’s the best VR app in asia. Hope to see something more like the more human run, garmin challenge, or asics challenge.
