5 Minute Clinical Consult

I have been using this app for quite sometime. It helped me alot through long ward rounds and through night shifts to quickly access one of the best reference for medicine. No doubt, it is one of the invaluable and most used app i have. I am also user of skyscape and also tried some other book reader apps, and i have found "unbound's" products layout very sleek, elegant and easy to use. It is pleasant on eyes and allows to work through tons of info quickly and painlessly. This app is definite, definite must have for professionals. I have personally found it much better than other apps around. PS: I recently lost all my data on phone, and i had to contact support team, i received 5 star service, team is very efficient, helpful and quick to respond. One of the best customer service around. This is the reason for me to write a detailed review, which undoubtedly unbound products deserve. Unbound team - keep up the good work.

Concise, but so thorough, and easy to use.

I am in graduate school - FNP program and this is a great resource. One of the FNP’s I work with told me about this app. It is worth the money!

I paid a year subscription. After about a month of inactivity, I tried to login in…..it informed me that my subscription needed to be renewed. I called and they said since I didn’t have my order number…I would have to pay to renew again. After a few months of looking for something totally different…I found my receipt. I called to inform them….suddenly the call dropped and they never picked up again. I sent an email as well-got no response. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. It was great when it was working.

Best application ever

Having perused the app, and decided that I do not find its organization intuitive, I attempted to unsubscribe. I could not find the in-app link to cancel auto-renew. So, I sent a query to support. The only response I received was an AI-generated message reiterating the idea that the way out would be to use the in-app link to cancel auto-renew. I tried to reach a human support person without success for weeks. When I finally reach a human, it was a couple days after the trial period had passed and the $99 charge was processed on my credit card. This business practice is unethical. GD MD ***

Best application ever

The 5MCC is a great book and the app has that information but its cumbersome to find what you want. How the search works is confusing and then the layout of the actual information hard to read quickly.
