Unhappy customer regular customer issues with review
I’m very unhappy with service I’m getting last 2 years I been getting taxis with my food shopping A2B WERE OVERCHARGING ME to point I had rude drivers broken seatbelts moved to 5 star taxis but majority time they turn up 3 weeks good drivers when I joined service then taxi went Sodding Bromsgrove then rang me from redditch when I was walking home not happy bunny stopped using taxis three weeks regained confidence again good drivers good cars then series rubbish rude drivers swearing in one case and seatbelts broken another taxi driver was good though car barely got up hill I like one car that posh driver has a moan at me because he doesn’t like my trolley in his boot but rest time he’s fine with me but had some different drivers then today 8/4/24 driver didn’t turn up waited 25 minutes phoned it said 2 mins no show booked at 4pm could been there till 5pm still wouldont come I’m not happy bunny had walk back Luckily I have support workers that can help carry some of my shopping and my trolley gets heavy stuff back up hill I’m waffling now but please do something about drivers not coming or lack bookings or I’m going consider moving to another taxi service anyway can’t say much else overall sometimes 5 star others 1 star even zero today 1 star to actually be able submit review Now I’m unable submit a sodding nickname for review
